輪齒同側(cè)齒面偏差的定義和允許值

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了單個(gè)漸開線圓柱齒輪輪齒同側(cè)齒面的精度。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了輪齒各項(xiàng)精度術(shù)語的定義、齒輪精度的結(jié)構(gòu)能及齒距偏差、齒廓總偏差和螺旋線總偏差的允許值。
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)僅適用于單個(gè)齒輪的每一要素,而不包括齒輪副。
強(qiáng)調(diào)指出:本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的每個(gè)使用者,都應(yīng)非常熟悉GB/Z 18620.1-2002所敘述的方法和步驟。在本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的限制范圍內(nèi),使用其以外的技術(shù)是不適宜的。
附錄A(標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的附錄)給出了切向綜合偏差的公差計(jì)算式,它是本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的檢驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目,但不是必檢項(xiàng)目。
附錄B(提示的附錄)給出了齒廓與螺旋線的形狀偏差和傾斜偏差的公差和極限偏差,它有時(shí)作為有用的參數(shù)和評(píng)定值,但不是必檢項(xiàng)目。

3.1齒距偏差
3.1.1單個(gè)齒距偏差(fpt)
在端平面上,在接近齒高中部的一個(gè)與齒輪軸線同心的圓上,實(shí)際齒距與理論齒距的代數(shù)差(見圖1)。
3.1.2齒距累積偏差(FPK)
任意k個(gè)齒距的實(shí)際弧長(zhǎng)與理論弧長(zhǎng)的代數(shù)差(見圖1)。理論上它等于這k個(gè)齒距的各單個(gè)齒距偏差的代數(shù)和。
注1:除另有規(guī)定,F(xiàn)PK值被限定在不大于1/8的圓周上評(píng)定。因此,F(xiàn)PK的允許值適用于齒距數(shù)k為2到小于z/8的弧段內(nèi)。通常,F(xiàn)PK取k=z/8就足夠了,如果對(duì)于特殊的應(yīng)用(如高速齒輪)還需檢驗(yàn)較小弧段,并規(guī)定相應(yīng)的k數(shù)。
3.1.3齒距累積總偏差(FP)
齒輪同側(cè)齒面任意弧段(k=1至k=z)內(nèi)的最大齒距累積偏差。它表現(xiàn)為齒距累積偏差曲線的總幅值。

3.2齒廓偏差
3.2.1齒廓偏差
實(shí)際齒廓偏離設(shè)計(jì)齒廓的量,該量在端平面內(nèi)且垂直于漸開線齒廓的方向計(jì)值。
3.2.1.1可用長(zhǎng)度(LAF)
等于兩條端面基圓切線之差。其中一條是從基圓到可用齒廓的外界限點(diǎn),另一條是從基圓到可用齒廓的內(nèi)界限點(diǎn)。
依據(jù)設(shè)計(jì),可用長(zhǎng)度外界限點(diǎn)被齒頂、齒頂?shù)估饣螨X頂?shù)箞A的起始點(diǎn)(點(diǎn)A)限定,在朝齒根方向上,可用長(zhǎng)度的內(nèi)界限點(diǎn)被齒根圓角或挖根的起始點(diǎn)(點(diǎn)F)所限定。
3.2.1.2有效長(zhǎng)度(LAE)
可用長(zhǎng)度對(duì)應(yīng)于有效齒廓的那部分。對(duì)于齒頂,其有與可用長(zhǎng)度同樣的限定(A點(diǎn))。對(duì)于齒根,有效長(zhǎng)度延伸到與之配對(duì)齒輪有效嚙合的終止點(diǎn)E(即有效齒廓的起始點(diǎn)),如不知道配對(duì)齒輪,則E點(diǎn)為與基本齒條相嚙合的有效齒廓的起始點(diǎn)。
3.2.1.3齒廓計(jì)值范圍(Lα)
可用長(zhǎng)度中的一部分,在Lα內(nèi)應(yīng)遵照規(guī)定精度等級(jí)的公差。除另有規(guī)定外,其長(zhǎng)度等于從E點(diǎn)開始延伸的有效長(zhǎng)度LAE的92%(見圖2)。
注2:齒輪設(shè)計(jì)者應(yīng)確保適用的齒廓計(jì)值范圍。
對(duì)于LAE剩下的8%為靠近齒頂處的LAE與Lα之差。在評(píng)定齒廓總偏差和齒廓形狀偏差時(shí),按以下規(guī)則計(jì)值:
a) 使偏差量增加的偏向齒體外的正偏差必須計(jì)入偏差值;
b) 除另有規(guī)定外,對(duì)于負(fù)偏差,其公差為計(jì)值范圍Lα規(guī)定公差的三倍。
注3:在分析齒廓形狀偏差時(shí),規(guī)則a)和b)以3.2.1.5中定義的平均齒廓跡線為基準(zhǔn)。
3.2.1.4設(shè)計(jì)齒廓
符合設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定的齒廓,當(dāng)無其他限定時(shí),是指端面齒廓。
注4:在齒廓曲線圖中,未經(jīng)修形的漸開線齒廓跡線一般為直線。在圖2中,設(shè)計(jì)齒廓跡線用點(diǎn)劃線表示。
3.2.1.5被測(cè)齒面的平均齒廓
設(shè)計(jì)齒廓跡線的縱坐標(biāo)減去一條斜直線的縱坐標(biāo)后得到的一條跡線。這條斜直線使得在計(jì)值范圍內(nèi),實(shí)際齒廓跡線對(duì)平均齒廓跡線偏差的平方和最小,因此,平均齒廓跡線的位置和傾斜可以用“最小二乘法”求得。
注5:平均齒廓是用來確定ffa(圖2b)和fHa(圖2c)的一條輔助齒廓跡線。
3.2.2齒廓總偏差(Fα)
在計(jì)值范圍內(nèi),包容實(shí)際齒廓跡線的兩條設(shè)計(jì)齒廓跡線間的距離(見圖2a)。
3.2.3齒廓形狀偏差(ffa)
在計(jì)值范圍內(nèi),包容實(shí)際齒廓跡線的兩條與平均齒廓跡線完全相同的曲線間的距離,且兩條曲線與平均齒廓跡線的距離為常數(shù)(見圖2b)。

3.2.4齒廓傾斜偏差(fHs)
在計(jì)值范圍的兩端與平均齒廓跡線相交的兩條設(shè)計(jì)齒廓跡線間的距離(見圖2c).
3.3螺旋線偏差
3.3.1螺旋線偏差
在端面基圓切線方向上測(cè)得的實(shí)際螺旋線偏離設(shè)計(jì)螺旋線的量。
3.3.1.1跡線長(zhǎng)度
與齒寬成正比而不包括齒端倒角或修圓在內(nèi)的長(zhǎng)度。
3.3.1.2螺旋線計(jì)值范圍(Lβ)
除另有規(guī)定外,在輪齒兩端處各減去下面兩個(gè)數(shù)值中較小的一個(gè)后的“跡線長(zhǎng)度”;即5%的齒寬或等于一個(gè)模數(shù)的長(zhǎng)度。
注6:齒輪設(shè)計(jì)者應(yīng)確保適用的螺旋線計(jì)值范圍。
在兩端縮減的區(qū)域中,螺旋線總偏差和螺旋線形狀偏差,按以下規(guī)則計(jì)值:
a) 使偏差量增加的偏向齒體外的正偏差,必須計(jì)入偏差值;
b) 除另有規(guī)定外,對(duì)于負(fù)偏差,其允許值為計(jì)值范圍Lβ規(guī)定公差的三倍。
注7:在分析螺旋線形狀偏差時(shí),規(guī)則 a)和b)以3.3.1.4中定義的平均螺旋線跡線為基準(zhǔn)。
3.3.1.設(shè)計(jì)螺旋線
符合設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定的螺旋線。
注8:在螺旋線曲線圖中,未經(jīng)修形的螺旋的跡線一般為直線。在圖3中,設(shè)計(jì)螺旋跡線用點(diǎn)劃線表示。
3.3.1.4被測(cè)齒面的平均螺旋線
設(shè)計(jì)螺旋線跡線的縱坐標(biāo)減去一條斜直線縱坐標(biāo)所得到的一條跡線。這條斜直線使得在計(jì)值范圍內(nèi),實(shí)際螺旋線跡線對(duì)平均螺旋線跡線偏差的平方和最小,因此,平均螺旋線跡線的位置和傾斜可以用“最小二乘法”求得。
注9:平均螺旋線是用來確定ffβ(圖3b)和fHβ(圖3c)的一條輔助螺旋線。
3.3.2螺旋線總偏差(Fβ)
在計(jì)值范圍內(nèi),包容實(shí)際螺旋線跡線的兩條設(shè)計(jì)螺旋線跡線間的距離 (見圖3a)。
3.3.3螺旋線總偏差(ffβ)
在計(jì)值范圍內(nèi),包容實(shí)際螺旋線跡線的兩條與平均螺旋線跡線完全相同的曲線間的距離,且兩條曲線與平均螺旋線跡線的距離為常數(shù)(見圖3b)。
3.3.4螺旋線傾斜偏差(fHβ)
在計(jì)值范圍的兩端與平均螺旋線跡線相交的設(shè)計(jì)螺旋線跡線間的距離(見圖3c)。
3.4切向綜合偏差
3.4.1切向綜合總偏差(
)
被測(cè)齒輪與測(cè)量齒輪單面嚙合檢驗(yàn)時(shí),被測(cè)齒輪一轉(zhuǎn)內(nèi),齒輪分度圓上實(shí)際圓周位移與理論圓周位移的最大差值(見圖4)。
注10:在檢測(cè)過程中,齒輪的同側(cè)面處于單面嚙合狀態(tài)(圖4)。
3.4.2一齒切向綜合偏差(
)
在一個(gè)齒距內(nèi)的切向綜合偏差(見圖4)。

5齒輪精度的結(jié)構(gòu)
本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了13個(gè)精度等級(jí),其中0級(jí)是最高的精度等級(jí),而12級(jí)是最低的精度等級(jí)。
當(dāng)文件需敘述齒輪精度要求時(shí),應(yīng)注明GB/T10095.1。
5.2偏差的允許值。
齒輪的精度等級(jí)是通過實(shí)測(cè)的偏差與表1~表4規(guī)定的數(shù)值進(jìn)行比較后確定的。表中的數(shù)值是用第6章中對(duì)5級(jí)精度規(guī)定的公式乘以級(jí)間公比計(jì)算出來的。兩相鄰精度等級(jí)的級(jí)間公比等于 ,本級(jí)數(shù)值除以(或乘以) 即可得到相鄰較高(較低)等級(jí)的數(shù)值。5級(jí)精度的未圓整的計(jì)算值乘以20.5(Q-5),即可得任一精度等級(jí)的待求值,式中Q是待求值的精度等級(jí)數(shù)。
對(duì)于沒有提供數(shù)值表的齒距累積偏差Fpk的允許值,可在3.1.2、5.2至5.4、6.1至6.2的基礎(chǔ)上通過計(jì)算得到。
表1~表4中的模數(shù)mn與齒寬b,如無另有規(guī)定,在不考慮齒頂和齒端倒角情況下,被認(rèn)為是一個(gè)名義值。

n、d和b應(yīng)取該分段界限值的幾何平均值,而不是用實(shí)際數(shù)值代入。例如,如果實(shí)際模數(shù)7mm,分段界限值為m

當(dāng)齒輪參數(shù)不在給定的范圍內(nèi)或供需雙方同意時(shí),可以在公式中代入實(shí)際的齒輪參數(shù)。
5.4圓整規(guī)則
表1~表4中列出的數(shù)值是用第6章的公式計(jì)算并圓整后的數(shù)值。如果計(jì)算值大于10μm,圓整到最接近的整數(shù);如果小于10μm,圓整到最接近的尾數(shù)為0.5μm的小數(shù)或整數(shù);如果小于5μm,圓整到最接近的0.1μm的一位小數(shù)或整數(shù)。
5.5有效性
在給定的文件中,如果所要求的齒輪精度等級(jí)規(guī)定為本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的某一等級(jí),而無其他規(guī)定時(shí),則6.1至6.5中各項(xiàng)偏差的允許值均按該精度等級(jí)。然而,按協(xié)議,對(duì)工作和非工作齒面可規(guī)定不同精度等級(jí),或?qū)τ诓煌铐?xiàng)目可規(guī)定不同的精度等級(jí)。另外,也可以僅對(duì)工作齒面規(guī)定不同精度等級(jí)。
除另有規(guī)定外,均在接近齒高中部和(或)齒寬中部的位置測(cè)量。當(dāng)公差數(shù)值很小時(shí),優(yōu)其是小于5μm時(shí),要求測(cè)量?jī)x器具有足夠的精度,以確保測(cè)量值能達(dá)到要求的重復(fù)精度。
除另有規(guī)定外,齒廓與螺旋線偏差應(yīng)至少測(cè)三個(gè)齒的兩側(cè)齒面,這三個(gè)齒應(yīng)取在沿齒輪圓周近似三等分位置處。單個(gè)距偏差fpt則需對(duì)每個(gè)輪齒的兩側(cè)都進(jìn)行測(cè)量。

切向綜合偏差的公差
A1總則
附在所給的文件中另有規(guī)定外,切向綜合偏差的測(cè)量不是必須的。因此,這些偏差的公差未被列入本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的正文中。
然而,經(jīng)供需雙方同意時(shí),這種方法最好和輪齒接觸的檢測(cè)同時(shí)進(jìn)行。有進(jìn)可以用來替代其他的檢測(cè)方法。一齒切向偏差和切向綜合總偏差的定義在3.4中給出。
一齒切向綜合偏差 的公差,可由表A1中給出的 /K數(shù)值乘以系數(shù)K(K見A2.1的規(guī)定)求得,或用A2.1中的5級(jí)精度公差計(jì)算式計(jì)算。而對(duì)于其他精度等級(jí),用第5章中規(guī)定的同樣規(guī)則計(jì)算,并對(duì)計(jì)算值進(jìn)行圓整。
5級(jí)精度的切向綜合總偏差
的公差
用A2.2中給出的公式計(jì)算,其他精度等級(jí)的公差計(jì)算及計(jì)算值的圓整規(guī)則與第5章相同。
當(dāng)檢測(cè)切向綜合時(shí),產(chǎn)品齒輪在適當(dāng)?shù)闹行木嘞拢ㄓ幸欢ǖ膫?cè)隙)與測(cè)量齒輪單面嚙合,同時(shí)要加上一輕微而足夠的載荷。

如果對(duì)輪齒的齒廊的和螺旋線進(jìn)行了較大的修形,檢測(cè)時(shí),εr和K將會(huì)受到較大的影響,因而在評(píng)定測(cè)量結(jié)果時(shí)這些因素必須考慮在內(nèi),在這種情況下,對(duì)檢測(cè)條件和記錄曲線的評(píng)定應(yīng)另訂專門的協(xié)議。
