公司有數(shù)控成型磨齒機(jī)16臺(tái)，其中有德國進(jìn)口尼爾斯NILES ZP30型 ，NILES ZE800 型，德國NILES ZP30 數(shù)控成形磨齒機(jī)的最大磨削直接32mm，最大磨削Mn=40，承重100噸大 型數(shù)控龍門鏜銑床，數(shù)控鏜床，數(shù)控高效插齒機(jī)，3.5米立式車床等精密設(shè)備多臺(tái)。公司還引進(jìn)了瑞士RICHELIN 公司生產(chǎn)的具有德國DEMIG專家系統(tǒng)。
