浙江齒輪減速電機有限公司創(chuàng)建于1970年，原名浙江齒輪減速電機廠，1997年10月改制為有限責(zé)任公司，是YCJ系列齒減速電機和YVF系列變頻調(diào)速三相異步電動機全國聯(lián)合設(shè)計成員單位之一，是國家機械局和浙江省機械工業(yè)廳定點生產(chǎn)齒輪減速電機的專業(yè)工廠，企業(yè)已形成年10萬千瓦齒輪減速電動機的生產(chǎn)規(guī)模，成為浙江省齒輪減速電動機生產(chǎn)行業(yè)的最大企業(yè)，總產(chǎn)量位居全國第二，品種規(guī)格雄居全國首家。
公司設(shè)綜合管理部，技術(shù)質(zhì)量部、生產(chǎn)制造部、營銷管理部四個部及供應(yīng)科、房產(chǎn)科、財務(wù)科三個直屬科室。公司現(xiàn)在職工400余人，其中大中專畢業(yè)生97人，公司占地面積3萬平方米，建筑面積1.96萬平方米,擁有資產(chǎn)2595萬元,其中固定資產(chǎn)原值1505萬元,凈值1212萬元,所有者權(quán)益1007.23萬元.產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量信譽卓著,市場全面活躍,公司被上級部門授予重合同守信用單位、文明單位等多種榮譽稱號，連續(xù)五年列入市百強企業(yè)，99年公司通過ISO9002質(zhì)量保證體系的認證。2004年通過ISO9001國際質(zhì)量體系的認證。
