泊頭市建新鑄造量具有限責任公司始建于1978年6月份，自2004年改制為有限責任公司，2005年10月18日正式通過GB/T19001-2000idt ISO9001:2000世界質量管理體系認證。無論從生產設備、生產環(huán)境、工藝創(chuàng)新、人才資源管理方面都上了一個大臺階。
公司現(xiàn)占地面積84000平方米（126畝），總建筑面積52600平方米，其中，鑄造車間1座10000平方米，加工車間3座各10000平方米，熱處理車間1座2500平方米，成品庫1座3000平方米，輔助用房3000平方米，辦公樓3500平方米。鑄造車間擁有10T沖天爐2臺，4×12米回火窯1座，震 壓造型機、樹脂砂再生設備，設計鑄造能力為2萬噸/年生產量，生產規(guī)模為年生產鑄鐵平臺3500臺套。機加工車間擁有現(xiàn)代化的廠房，大型機加工設備幾十臺。如、龍門刨床：1200*4000、2500*8000、2500*12000、3000*10000、3200*16000、數(shù)控龍門鏜銑床：4000*12000，落地鏜銑床φ200，沈陽中捷立式鉆床：Z 80、Z50各3臺，數(shù)顯立式車床：φ5000，斷面銑：1500*6000、2000*6000、3500*8000及其他輔助精加工設備。
我公司集設計、鑄造、機加工、安裝調試、售前、售中、售后服務于一體，2010年包括球墨鑄鐵和灰口鑄鐵，全年產量已突破18000噸。其代表產品為鑄鐵平臺平板，鐵地板、劃線平臺、檢驗平臺、焊接平臺、落地鏜銑床工作臺、火工平臺、風電試驗平臺、墊箱、地軌、地梁、基礎槽鐵、大型機床鑄件、床身、立柱、橫梁，同時承接消失模樹脂砂鑄造……
