天津華盛昌齒輪有限公司創(chuàng)建于1990年，是專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)、制造蝸桿減速器的中外合資企業(yè)，被天津市科委命名為“天津市高新技術(shù)企業(yè)”。我公司設(shè)計(jì)制造的平面包絡(luò)環(huán)面蝸桿減速器曾多次獲獎(jiǎng)并被機(jī)械部指定為更新?lián)Q代產(chǎn)品，環(huán)面蝸桿數(shù)控系統(tǒng)也被列為國(guó)家重大成果項(xiàng)目之一。受國(guó)家機(jī)械工業(yè)局的委托，我公司起草了中華人民共和國(guó)機(jī)械行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JB/T 9051-2000《平面包絡(luò)環(huán)面蝸桿減速器》，目前該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)已實(shí)施。
我公司在平面二次包絡(luò)環(huán)面蝸桿傳動(dòng)領(lǐng)域里擁有世界領(lǐng)先的理論和技術(shù)，持有多項(xiàng)、多國(guó)發(fā)明專利。我們始終堅(jiān)信科學(xué)技術(shù)是企業(yè)發(fā)展的第一動(dòng)力。為此公司與德國(guó)克林貝格公司聯(lián)合開(kāi)發(fā)了世界上僅有的五臺(tái)HNC35TP型十軸數(shù)控、四軸聯(lián)動(dòng)專用蝸桿磨床。
為了與這些高精度專用設(shè)備配套，我公司進(jìn)口了多種型號(hào)的滾齒機(jī)以及多臺(tái)數(shù)控加工中心，并配備了進(jìn)口的嚙合檢查儀、三座標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)。除此之外，公司還建立了產(chǎn)品性能測(cè)試用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助試驗(yàn)臺(tái)、摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)室以及噪聲震動(dòng)分析系統(tǒng)等設(shè)備用來(lái)對(duì)生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行全面檢測(cè)。
我公司生產(chǎn)的平面包絡(luò)環(huán)面蝸桿減速器產(chǎn)品可達(dá)到DIN標(biāo)準(zhǔn)5級(jí)，具有傳動(dòng)效率高，承載能力大，噪聲低，精度高等優(yōu)勢(shì)。我公司生產(chǎn)的高精度低噪聲減速器及蝸桿副除在中國(guó)銷售外，還遠(yuǎn)銷至世界各地。
Tianjin everbest Gear Limited was founded in 1990, is specialized in the design, manufacture worm reducer joint venture, Tianjin Science and Technology was named "Tianjin high-tech enterprises."
