江蘇省減速機產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗中心簡介
江蘇省減速機產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗中心2007經(jīng)江蘇省質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督局批準建設(shè)，并于2009年底通過了江蘇省質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督局組織的計量認證和實驗室資質(zhì)認定，具備了減速機及其他授權(quán)產(chǎn)品的法定檢驗資質(zhì)。
減速機檢驗中心的綜合實力
中心占地18畝，檢驗用房3000平方米。內(nèi)設(shè)減速機整機測試系統(tǒng)、齒輪測量中心、直讀式光譜儀等各類高精尖測試儀器60余臺（套），固定資產(chǎn)原值1400萬元以上。中心擁有碩士3人、本科10人等共15名（其中高級工程師4人，工程師8人）高素質(zhì)專業(yè)人才隊伍。
除法定的檢驗檢測外，中心還承擔了江蘇省科技基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)項目--“省傳動機械試驗檢測公共服務(wù)平臺”，為泰興市減速機產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)業(yè)基地及省內(nèi)企業(yè)提供傳動機械產(chǎn)品檢驗檢測、檢驗方法和技術(shù)規(guī)范制訂等零距離服務(wù)。

以英國派克公司電回饋系統(tǒng)和ABB電機為核心部件，具備200千瓦減速器整機檢測能力，可檢測減速器空載、負載、超載試驗、輸出扭矩、傳動比誤差、傳動效率、噪聲、溫升、內(nèi)腔清潔度、齒輪精度、裝配精度；
2.齒輪測量中心：德國溫澤公司出品，測試精度1.5級；
3.直讀式光譜儀：德國牛津公司出品，配有鐵基、銅基、鋁基等金屬材料的檢驗和軟件支持功能，具備對合金鋼、不銹鋼、銅材、鋁材的金屬元素檢測能力，檢出限達0.001%；
     4.金相顯微鏡：德國蔡司公司出品，用于金屬材料熱處理效果等內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)圖像的精確分析。
