江蘇省如皋市擺線傳動研究中心（原江蘇省如皋市減速機廠擺線傳動研究室），系一家專門從事國家級科研課題《變幅擺線齒輪傳動理論體系研究與推廣應(yīng)用》的專業(yè)化中心。其應(yīng)用實例之一——ZB系列變幅擺線齒輪減速機，已正式開發(fā)成功投放市場，并獲得國家專利（專利號：00220435.5）；其應(yīng)用實例之二——ZX系列變幅擺線諧波減速機，正處于開發(fā)研制階段......
科研課題《變幅擺線齒輪傳動理論體系研究與推廣應(yīng)用》是一項系統(tǒng)工程，從變幅擺線齒輪傳動理論數(shù)學建模，到變幅擺線齒輪減速機的成功推出，該科研課題歷時二十年，投入科研經(jīng)費百萬元，先后得到西北工業(yè)大學、中國紡織大學、上海交通大學、南京機電職業(yè)技術(shù)學院、江蘇省機械研究設(shè)計院及哈爾濱第一工具廠、陜西漢江工具廠等單位，眾多專家、教授、學者的關(guān)注支持；特別是用于插齒刀具齒形設(shè)計的專用計算機軟件，則是在國內(nèi)知名飛行器運動軌跡專家直接指導下研制的......
