    河南省萬隆精密鑄造有限公司位于司馬故里-溫縣城西北部，始建于1993年，是一家以生產(chǎn)不銹鋼精密鑄件、碳鋼精密等鑄件、精密機(jī)械加工及鑄件深加工的企業(yè)，是中國(guó)鑄造協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)員、河南鑄造分會(huì)理事。為生產(chǎn)減速機(jī)產(chǎn)品提供了有利的先決條件�，F(xiàn)有職工520人，總資產(chǎn)3200萬元，2002年通過ISO9001：2000質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)證。企業(yè)產(chǎn)品90%以上經(jīng)本公司國(guó)際貿(mào)易部、跨國(guó)公司中國(guó)采購部及國(guó)內(nèi)外貿(mào)出口企業(yè)等出口到美國(guó)、加拿大、歐洲、日本、韓國(guó)等國(guó)家和地區(qū)，還有約10%的產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)一拖國(guó)貿(mào)、森源電器、陜重汽車等國(guó)內(nèi)大型企業(yè)。

二、生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)情況
公司擁有科學(xué)的管理體系，雄厚的技術(shù)力量和一支年青、有活力、專業(yè)技術(shù)高、生產(chǎn)能力強(qiáng)的職工隊(duì)伍。十幾年來，“以質(zhì)量求生存，向科學(xué)要效益，為用戶提供高質(zhì)量的產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)”一直是萬隆的經(jīng)營(yíng)宗旨，強(qiáng)化信譽(yù)第一，質(zhì)量至上的意識(shí)。
現(xiàn)萬隆擁有生產(chǎn)區(qū)三個(gè)：1#廠區(qū)位于番田鎮(zhèn)小金香村南，占地13200 m2，擁有水玻璃鑄件生產(chǎn)線2條及熱處理車間1個(gè)，以生產(chǎn)碳鋼、合金鋼等一般鑄件為主，年產(chǎn)鑄件5000噸。2#廠區(qū)位于紫黃公路24KM處，占地26400 m2，2004年投產(chǎn)，下設(shè)精鑄車間、機(jī)加工車間及鑄件后處理車間，總部也位于此。3＃廠區(qū)位于2＃廠區(qū)后，占地43290 m2 ，計(jì)劃投資5000萬元，包括特種鑄鋼、機(jī)械制造、熱處理、高速鐵路接觸網(wǎng)、不銹鋼衛(wèi)生潔具等五個(gè)車間。鑄造車間現(xiàn)擁有硅溶膠鑄件生產(chǎn)線2條，主要工序均在恒溫生產(chǎn)線上完成,主要以生產(chǎn)高精度要求的不銹鋼鑄件為主，年產(chǎn)鑄件3000噸。機(jī)加工車間現(xiàn)擁有CNC數(shù)控車床20臺(tái)，普通車床10臺(tái)，各種數(shù)控銑床及鉆銑刨等普通機(jī)床18臺(tái)，可進(jìn)行本廠鑄件、模具及外協(xié)產(chǎn)品的機(jī)加工。鑄件后處理車間現(xiàn)擁有鍍鋅生產(chǎn)線2條，電拋光生產(chǎn)線1條，鏡面拋光生產(chǎn)線2條，校正大噸位沖床數(shù)臺(tái)，可根據(jù)客戶的不同需求進(jìn)行各種鑄件表面深加工。

Henan Wanlong Precision Casting Co., Ltd. is located in the northwest of Wenxian City, the hometown of Sima. It was founded in 1993. It is an enterprise that produces stainless steel precision casting, carbon steel precision casting, precision machining and casting deep processing. It is a member of China Foundry Association and director of Henan casting branch. It provides a favorable prerequisite for the production of reducer products. At present, there are 520 employees with total assets of 32 million yuan. In 2002, it passed the ISO9001:2000 quality management system certification. More than 90% of the products are exported to the United States, Canada, Europe, Japan, South Korea and other countries and regions through the company's international trade department, China Procurement Department of multinational companies and domestic export enterprises, and about 10% of the products are supplied to large domestic enterprises such as Yituo international trade Co., Ltd., Senyuan Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. and Shaanxi Heavy Automobile Co., Ltd. 2、 Production and operation The company has a scientific management system, strong technical force and a young, energetic, professional and technical staff team with strong production capacity. At present, Wanlong has three production areas: 1. The plant is located in the south of xiaojinxiang village, Fantian Town, covering an area of 13200 m2. It has two water glass casting production lines and one heat treatment workshop. It mainly produces carbon steel, alloy steel and other general castings, with an annual output of 5000 tons. 2. The plant is located at 24km of Zihuang highway, covering an area of 26400 m2. It was put into operation in 2004, with investment casting workshop, machining workshop and casting post-treatment workshop under it. The headquarters is also located here. Plant No. 3 is located behind plant No. 2, covering an area of 43290 m2, with a planned investment of 50 million yuan, including five workshops, including special cast steel, mechanical manufacturing, heat treatment, high-speed railway catenary, stainless steel sanitary ware, etc. The foundry workshop now has two silica sol casting production lines, the main processes are completed in the constant temperature production line, mainly to produce high-precision stainless steel castings, with an annual output of 3000 tons. The machining workshop now has 20 CNC lathes, 10 ordinary lathes, 18 CNC milling machines, drilling and milling planer and other common machine tools, which can be used for machining castings, molds and outsourcing products. There are 2 galvanizing production lines, 1 electropolishing production line and 2 mirror polishing production lines in the casting post-treatment workshop. Several large tonnage punch presses are calibrated, and various casting surface deep processing can be carried out according to different requirements of customers. 3、 Advantages of enterprise development 1. Large foreign foundry enterprises have increased their investment in China, through direct investment and merger and acquisition.
