HRS-150數(shù)顯洛氏硬度計(jì)是機(jī)電一體化的硬度測(cè)試儀器.數(shù)顯洛氏硬度計(jì)外觀新穎,大屏幕顯示,菜單式結(jié)構(gòu),采用微機(jī)控制,硬度值以數(shù)字直接顯示.硬度測(cè)試結(jié)果可以直接打印輸出,升降螺桿與旋輪間自動(dòng)反饋鎖合,外接RS232超級(jí)終端設(shè)置,可外接打印機(jī),具有良好的可靠性,可操作性和直觀性;除試臺(tái)升降外,完全實(shí)現(xiàn)了自動(dòng)化,消除了操作和讀數(shù)誤差。
數(shù)顯洛氏硬度計(jì)還具有洛氏標(biāo)尺的選擇/塑料洛氏標(biāo)尺的選擇（可選配功能)/各硬度之間的硬度換算等功能.

工作原理/ Working principle：

洛氏硬度的試驗(yàn)原理：用金剛石圓錐體壓頭或一定直徑的鋼球壓頭，在初試驗(yàn)力F0和主試驗(yàn)力F1先后作用下，壓入試樣表面，保持一定時(shí)間，卸除主試驗(yàn)力，保留初試驗(yàn)力，此時(shí)的壓入深度為h1，在初試驗(yàn)力作用下的壓入深度為h0，它們之差e(h1—h0)來(lái)表示壓痕深度的永久增量。每壓入0.002mm為一個(gè)洛氏硬度單位。（圖1）

洛氏硬度的計(jì)算公式：HRA、C=100—(e/0.002)

HRB=130—(e/0.002)
