本機采用電子自動加荷,計算機軟件編程,高倍率光率測量,光電傳感等系統(tǒng).各項操作過程和試驗結(jié)果的數(shù)據(jù)均可在LTD大屏幕顯示,試驗結(jié)果的數(shù)據(jù)可通過打印機輸出.本機適用于各類生產(chǎn)加工企業(yè)、大專院校、科研機械的試驗室.

本機內(nèi)置數(shù)顯測微目鏡,壓痕可以通過測微目鏡直接測量,不用查表,也不用鍵入壓痕對角線長度,在液晶屏上直接能顯示硬度值和試驗力、試驗力保持時間、壓痕長度,讀數(shù)精確,操作方便。

目前本機圖像處理系統(tǒng)具備21級硬度值,可分別搭配本廠大部分布氏硬度機.同時我們研發(fā)的專用軟件具備四種"壓球直徑"(1/2.5/5/10mm)可供選擇.硬度類型上HBS和HBW可隨心所欲的切換,在壓痕檢測上我們設(shè)計出了"壓痕自動檢測"功能,大大的讓使用者提高了工作效率和準確度.并且可以方便的打印報表和圖像存儲,成像清晰,也可以獨立的與計算機聯(lián)網(wǎng)進行數(shù)據(jù)傳輸.是本公司繼推出全功能維氏硬度計之后的又一個最新科技成果.

各項技術(shù)指標均符合：GB/T 231-2002金屬布氏硬度試驗技術(shù)條件，參照ISO6508-2:1999國際標準。

適用范圍/ Scope of application：

適用于鑄鐵、鋼鐵、有色金屬、軟合金材料、黑色金屬和有色金屬的布氏硬度測定.主要用于組織不均勻的鍛鋼和鑄鐵的硬度測試，鍛鋼和灰鑄鐵的布氏硬度與拉伸試驗有著較好的對應(yīng)關(guān)系。布氏硬度試驗還可用于有色金屬和軟鋼，采用小直徑球壓頭可以測量小尺寸和較薄材料。布氏硬度計多用于原材料和半成品的檢測，由于壓痕較大，一般不用于成品檢測。

 

工作環(huán)境/ Work environment：

1、在室溫10~35℃的范圍內(nèi)；

2、在穩(wěn)固的基礎(chǔ)上水平安裝；

3、在無震動的環(huán)境中；

4、周圍無腐蝕性介質(zhì)；

5、室內(nèi)相對濕度不大于65%；

 

保養(yǎng)/Maintenance:
1.硬度計升降絲桿等活動表面需定期添加薄質(zhì)油潤滑.
2.測試完畢應(yīng)關(guān)閉電源.
3.逆向轉(zhuǎn)動旋輪使工作臺遠離光源。在工作臺面涂層薄油,放上防銹紙,防止工作臺面生銹和油氣蒸發(fā)影響鏡頭及光源.
4.硬度計不使用時將測微目鏡鏡頭處用擦鏡紙包好,然后用防塵罩罩好儀器,以免灰塵進入.在偶爾使用或封存的情況下,必須在光學(xué)部分放入干燥劑,防止光學(xué)鏡頭霉變.
5.硬度計有一段時間不用,重新開機后請過幾分鐘再使用,使內(nèi)部電器元件預(yù)熱,充分保證儀器的使用精度.
